My family and I need to find a 5 BR 3 BA home. I don't have the best credit however I have been in my current home for almost 5 years, with no issues and before that I lived in a place for 3 years with no issues. I am in the process of getting my credit score increased but we need a opportunity. I can pay between $1400-$1800 per month. I am also willing to pay first and last months rent and a deposit as a good gesture.
