Oaks Mobile Home Park currently has one large space available for immediate occupancy on a month to month basis.

Spread across twenty seven beautiful acres, Oaks Mobile Home Park offers all the advantages of peaceful country living, while still being conveniently located just a few minutes from town. All homes are owner-occupied. Water, sewer & garbage are included, and we offer on-site management, no age restrictions, on-site laundry facilities, and well-lit & maintained roads.

Space rent is $385 per month for a mobile home or $285 per month for an RV. There is also a $200 cleaning deposit to move-in ($100 is refundable), and a $30 screening fee per adult applicant.
