I am looking for a 1 Bedroom, one bathroom apartment in the Gresham area for my son and I in the $600/month range that does not do a criminal background check.
I do not have a felony conviction but have a misdemeanor assault conviction from a year ago which I got when attacked in a very small rural town out of state where everyone in town was related to everyone else. At the trial, the person who attacked me brought a group of friends/relatives to testify on her behalf and I had no one to testify for me. I am not a violent person, have good rental references and a full-time steady job in SE Portland.
