I am looking for auto repair/mechanic shop space for lease (bldg and lot); size of up to $4700 sq ft with a rental/lease cost of about $1,500 per month in Knoxville, TN. I've searched using Loopnet, but with little success. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you
