Me and my fiancee are a single family with a baby on the way in September, 2015! :) We have both had our problems with the law in the past and are having trouble finding a home now. We are residing in a hotel while working full time. We are paying enough to rent a 3 bedroom house! It hurts to know that most real estate agents do not offer applicants a second chance. We are very clean and quiet tenants (were not sure about the baby yet!). We are responsible and I would like to say we are both good people. I'm not happy with having my newborn in a hotel... This is my plea. We will respect your home like it is our very own. We need a decent start for our new family to come. Thank you for taking the time to read this add. :) Also, I have one cat. I am willing to pay a deposit on her if needed.
