My wife and I are trying to find a duplex in the Austin or Round Rock area. Our credit is not ideal and I have an eviction on my rental history. But we have been on time with the rent of the apartment we are in currently for 2 yrs. now. We are trying to find a duplex in the $700-$800 2 bedroom and 1 bath+ with washer/dryer connection. Our lease is up on the 29th of February 2012. Please let me if you can help us.
